Product detailed description
Nejang is a Tibetan gentle healing yoga, consisting of twenty-four simple physical exercises that use breathwork and self-massage to open subtle channels, balance internal energies, relax the mind, and benefit the internal organs. This set of exercises, which has its roots in the Kalachakra Tantra, has been prescribed by Tibetan doctors for centuries to improve physical health and vitality, and not least to support spiritual practice.
In this book, the author explains the Nejang exercises and their historical and cultural context. Nejang yoga benefits people of all ages, physical dispositions, and spiritual backgrounds and levels of experience.
