Return and Exchange of products

By law, you can return the goods to us without giving a reason within a 14-day period, when the product will either be replaced at your request or your payment will be refunded.

We only refund money for goods and postage from us to you (invoiced price). You always pay the postage from you to us.

Send the goods exclusively to the address Centrum Nala, Dubová 563, Tuchoměřice, 25267 and phone: +420 608 343 390. Insert the invoice into the package, which you will receive in the information email after completing the order, on which please write to us what we should do with the goods (return money or exchange). Please also email us the same information with the subject RETURN + order number / EXCHANGE + order number.

We will contact you at your email address about the progress and subsequent handling of the return/complaint.
