Dharmachakra mudra. This mudra was used by the Buddha in the Deer Park at Sarnath, where he first transmitted the teachings to the five noble disciples after he attained enlightenment - the first time he turned the wheel of Dharma. Dharmachakra means "Wheel of Dharma" in Sanskrit.
